I have had chronic back pain for the past couple of years, a nagging muscle that I tried everything I could think of to alleviate. I went to chiropractor, massage, physical therapy and nothing made it better. Once the pain started to go down to my knee, I went to Archana and she prescribed a series of basti treatments, supplements, and other Ayurevedic healing.Since having the treatments, the pain in my back has decreased by at least 90% and most of the day it is not there at all. The painful strain in my knee is completely gone.I recommend Archana and all of the therapists to anyone who is suffering from any kind of injury. The entire staff are amazing and Archana is a true healer. If you are suffering from any kind of injury please go and see them, it is truly life changing.

Best results. My daughter had a fungal infection right on the face. She was getting bullied by other kids at school for two years. We tried several doctors. Most of them said it will go away on its own but it hasn’t gone. So, we gave Ayurtherapy a try. Archana has diagnosed and gave confidence that she can cure it. And within two months we saw good results and within 6 months, the infection is completely gone. Will definitely recommend Ayurtherapy for any wholistic treatment.

A couple of months ago, I decided to go thru an Ayurvedic Panchkarma service at "Ayurtherapy" and I am so glad that I did! This treatment has been truly very transformative and healing for my body and mind. I have not only lost all the extra 15 lbs. of pregnancy weight (which I have been trying to lose for the last 10 yrs.), but my joint aches, back pain, stiff neck, migrane headaches and body inflammations have all improved and in some cases completely gone. I had Really Bad Herniated disc ,Which resulted in sciatica and Piriformis syndrome.I went to Chiropractor, Physiotherapist Accupunturist and also had Steroid shots. But Non of these helped.Finally thought of giving Ayutherapy a try and I am so glad I did.Dr.Rao is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. After Initial consultation of 90 min she gave me entire treatment plan.I went with her recommendation of full course of Panchkarma Treatments with all the different Ayurvedic herbs to manage pain.It was not instant result but Dr.Rao asked me to be patient & trust the process. Slowly I started to see the result. I went to Ayutherapy with pain lever anywhere between 8 to 9 with 10 being maximum pain. Today I am happy to report I am mostly in the the range of 0 to 2.If you are someone like me who has chronic pain I would highly recommend a visit Ayutherapy. Ayurveda as we mostly know is natural and has no long term side effect .Trust the process.

Very happy with the service I got from Ayutherapy. Dr Archana’s dedication is commendable, she always puts more than 100% and makes sure her treatment is effective. This was a good experience for me as I got to know that certain lifestyle changes can make a huge difference to my health issues I had been having over these years. Also special mention about the Bolus massage service I got, I believe it helped with my pains tremendously. My pain has subsided a lot after the treatment. My name is Kumud Desai. I had consulted Dr. Archana regarding my sciatica pain in October 2021.I have been suffering from Sciatica pain almost ten years now. I have consulted Physiatrist (pain management) regarding my pain. My Physiatrist Dr. suggested steroid injection on my lumber region and pain medication. I have been going through this cycle couple of times now. I have been searching for alternative pain medication because I have history of hyperacidity so I am very sensitive to handle the pain medication. I tried Chiropractic and Acupuncture as well for my sciatica pain but I didn’t see any positive results. Luckily I found Dr. Archana’s Ayutherapy Ayurveda Wellness Center clinic in Danville through google search. After seeing Dr. Archana she suggested me to do Panchakarma Therapy. I followed her advice and I went through PanchaKarma therapy. After Panchakarma therapy and her herbal medication I am seeing a lot of positive results in terms of my sciatica pain. My pain is now under control. Through Panchakarma I am managing my hyperacidity issue as well.We naturally tend to lean on medication if we ran into any problem in our body but I really liked Dr.Archana approach the tips, suggestion she gave me without using any medication. While I am on PanchaKarma therapy I really liked about the way she follows up with a patient, make sure patient are following all the given guideline.Dr. Archana’s clinic is very clean and very well maintained, welcoming to patient. I was seeking help after a personal trauma and went through the entire Panchakarma program with excellent results. Dr. Rao is a great find! After years of feeling dismissed by allopathic doctors or only given pills that didn’t help, I sought out Ayurveda as an alternative and I am very lucky to have found Dr. Rao. She took the time to listen to me and address all of my issues and then prescribed a two-week Panchakarma tailored to my needs. The massage, steam and Shirodhara treatments were heavenly and I lost 10 pounds with herbs and dietary changes. The diet is nothing short of life-changing and I’ve responded so well to it that I am incorporating it into my everyday life going forward. I worked with Dr Rao for menstural headaches all remotely as I am on the east coast. She took the time to understand my history and condition and recommended ayurvedic medicine. She shared resources where I can buy the medicines. I had to reach back out to her as one of the medicated ghee she recommended was not available and she quickly was able to recommend one that was available. I have been taking the medicine she suggested for 3 cycles now. I have to say, I have been cured of the headaches and also see a more easier cycle overall. I am very happy with the results this quick. Even though my whole experience was remote, it was like I have met Dr Rao since she made the approach best suited for me. My child had acute Asthma and we were taking prescription medicine.Despite a daily dose and the meds being a mild steroid, the situation did not change.We made umpteen number of visits to the Allergy &Asthma specialists (doctors of course 😊) with changed meds which did not improve the situation. After 1.5 years of different hospital visits, physiotherapy, acupuncture and so many others therapies for my very bad back finally found out about this place and the ayruvedic doctor, i wanted to give it a try as my last resource. I am so very very glad i did, my pain reduced 70%. My life style got much better.Thank You Dr.Archana for guiding and helping through every step of the process, i lost 18 pounds with very well guided panchakarma therapy in 3 weeks. The overall pain reduced and in parallel my skin issues got cleared and my eating habits got better, able to sleep peacefully as there is not much pain. Happy overall.
